1. Refund Eligibility:

We offer refunds only in the following circumstances:

Technical Issues: If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using Cronberry as intended, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe given upon receiving the written intimation (email) from your end.

2. Refund Process:

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Contact Support: Reach out to our customer support team at support@cronberry.com or your account manager with your refund request, providing a detailed explanation of the technical issue.

Troubleshooting: Our support team will work with you to troubleshoot and resolve the issue. If the issue cannot be resolved to your satisfaction within 15 days from the date of activation of your subscription, and it falls within the eligible criteria, a refund may be processed.

Refund Decision: Refunds are granted at the sole discretion of Cronberry Technologies Pvt Ltd. We reserve the right to deny a refund if the issue is related to misuse of the software, violation of our terms of service, or if the request is made after the specified refund period.

3. Refund Period:

Refund requests must be submitted within 15 days from the date of activation of the subscription.

4. Non-Refundable Items:

The following items are non-refundable:

Renewals: Subscription renewals are non-refundable. Refunds are only applicable to the initial purchase of the subscription.

Customizations: Any custom development or modifications requested and performed are non-refundable.

5. Payment Disputes:

Initiating a payment dispute without contacting Cronberry support first may result in the immediate termination of your license and access to the software. Payment dispute jurisdiction is at Jaipur.
